I agree to:

- Only sell products that are legal to sell (for example, no raw milk or live animals, drugs, guns, unsafe foods or items).
- Abide by Australian Consumer Law and applicable food / product safety regulations
- Keep my stall in good condition
- Edit and update my listing regularly for ease of customer use
- Provide a safe place for customers to stop and shop
- My stall lies within the boundary of my property and does not obstruct cars or pedestrians or other road and road side activity.

Note: At the Garden Gate is an app. Stall holders take full responsibility for their stalls, the information published on the app, the sale of  products and interaction with customers, including terms and conditions of sale and refunds. At the Garden Gate is not liable for the actions or behaviour of consumers. I agree to:

- Drive, stop and re-enter traffic safely (being aware of people, surroundings, animals), adhering to the local road laws.
- Park my vehicle without obstructing driveways, roadways, parked vehicles, animals or pedestrians.
- Pay the prices asked by stall holders.
- Shop with respect and courtesy for stall holders and other customers.
- Report any hazards or problems to stall holders as soon as possible.
